Do you provide the SOPs, or do we write them?
We write them, with your team, for your cultivars and your facility. You end up with a full stage-by-stage SOP suite that is yours to keep and to build on, not a generic binder.
Can you train our existing grow team, or do we need to hire scientists?
We train your existing team. Tissue culture is technique and discipline, not a PhD requirement. We teach aseptic technique, the stage workflows, and meristem dissection directly, and we develop a lead tech who can run and improve the program.
How long does training take?
It runs alongside a build or on its own timeline. The goal is not a class; it is a team that produces clean stock without us, and we certify the workflow when it holds on its own.
What happens when a trained technician quits?
The lab keeps running, which is the entire reason we write the SOPs down instead of leaving the process in one person's head. Procedures are documented for your facility and your equipment, so onboarding a replacement is training against a written standard rather than reconstructing what the last person did.
Are the SOPs ours to keep and change?
Yours. They are written for your lab, they stay with your lab, and you can modify them as your process evolves. We would rather you adapt them than treat them as untouchable, as long as the changes are deliberate and get written down.
How do you know the training actually worked?
Because we watch your team do the work on your own material, not on a demo. Training runs on your cultivars, in your room, on your equipment, and the measure is whether the team holds clean technique and consistent output without us in the room. That is the handoff test.
