The platform runs in the labs we build. We are opening it to labs we did not build, starting with ten founding seats. Those ten hold their rate for a two year term, including after the standard price goes up, and no renewal after that raises it by more than 40% at a time.

Both are the same product. There is no cut-down tier, no per-user pricing, and no feature held back to sell you later. The only difference is what you pay.
How it works
No card today, and no charge until you are live.
- You claim a seat. Tell us about your lab. No card and no charge; it holds your place in the 10.
- We review it. Usually within a business day. We are setting these labs up ourselves, so we take them one at a time.
- We build your tenant. Your cultivars, your media recipes, your people, on your own data rather than a demo.
- Billing starts the day your lab goes live. Not at signup. If we are not the right fit, we say so and your card is never charged.
Worth saying plainly
Who this is not for.
If you are running a handful of cultivars with one technician and a spreadsheet that still works, buy this later. Software does not fix technique, and we would rather tell you that now than take your money for a year while you find out.
The point at which it starts paying for itself is when you can no longer answer how many clean shoots of this cultivar do I have right now without opening three files. If you are there, or you are about to be, it is worth a conversation.

Before you claim a seat.
When am I charged?
The day your lab goes live, never at signup. Claiming a seat does not need a card at all; we set billing up with you when we onboard your lab. If we cannot take you on, nothing happens.
What if I cancel?
Month to month. Email us and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, with no proration of that period. Full detail in the terms.
Do I lose my data?
No. Your cultivar library and pathogen history stay available, and you can export at any time, including after you stop paying. We hold it until you ask us to delete it.
How long does the founding rate hold?
Two years from the day your lab goes live, fixed. After that it renews toward whatever standard is then, except that no single renewal can raise your price by more than 40% and it never goes above standard. Cancelling and coming back later does not bring the rate with you. The full mechanics are in section 4A of the terms.
Do I need a licence?
No. Licensed cannabis operators, hemp operators, and research groups all run tissue culture, and the platform does not care which you are.
